At Lovisa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind, we offer returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original condition and packaging.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, in original packaging, and not on the exclusion list, such as earrings or body jewelry for hygiene reasons.

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to generate a return shipping label or find your nearest store.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your jewelry in its original box and attach the provided return label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
